1820 The Hof Mummendorf estate is established as a new development

1835 J.A. von Basswitz divides the estate in Kirchmummendorf into Hof Mummendorf
and donates Hof Mummendorf to his son Karl von Basswitz
1845 J.F.W. Fratzscher becomes the owner
1882 The manor house is rebuilt into its present form 1903 First Lieutenant (ret.) Wilhelm Graf von Platen-Hallermund purchases the Hof Mummendorf estate 1945 The von Platen-Hallermund family is expropriated by the Soviet military administration. The house serves as housing for displaced persons
1953 The Mummendorf Central School is established
1994 The Koopman family takes over the manor house and begins renovations
2023 The house has new owners
