Gutshaus Woserin
Kunst am See - Painting courses and seminar house
Woserin Manor—Art by the Lake—is a place far removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Idyllically situated on a lake, it is now a small, charming art academy.
Gutshaus Woserin – Art by the Lake is a place for collaborative work. Artists from various disciplines offer seminars and workshops on creative development at Gutshaus Woserin throughout the year.
There are hidden treasures to discover and explore. Through artistic craftsmanship, one can find their own individual form of expression. By sensitively training one’s perception, the academy offers the opportunity to bring
sensory impressions that lie dormant within us to the surface, making them conscious and visible. Since 2018, painter Sabine Puschmann has been running this space and shaping it according to her vision. The centerpiece of the manor house is the 100-square-meter, light-filled studio. Courses and seminars for up to 12 people take place here year-round. Next to the studio is a well-equipped communal kitchen for self-catering.
During the courses, guests stay in the vacation apartment in the manor house with a view of the lake and in five other beautiful, simple rooms. Each guest room is equipped with a double bed. There is plenty of additional accommodation in Woserin and the surrounding area.
Within walking distance, there are several vacation apartments, most of which have two bedrooms.
The village of Woserin—incidentally, the village where Christa Wolf had her summer home—is located 45 km east of Schwerin and 25 km south of Güstrow, and is
easily accessible by car from Hamburg or Berlin. The nearest train station is in Bützow, where all long-distance trains coming from the south stop.

Guest at ...
For decades, I—Sabine Puschmann—have taken great pleasure in bringing together people who want to work on artistic projects together,
learn new things through interaction with others, develop their
potential and skills, and bring their own ideas to life in a
welcoming environment.
