Karl Dahlmann and his descendants were tenants of Parin from 1821 to 1903. He had the manor house built in 1858. Entrepreneur Gertrud Cordes, former managing director of the “Bio- und Gesundheitshotel Stellshagen,” purchased the building from the municipality in 2007. Over the course of a year and a half, the manor house underwent a comprehensive restoration using eco-friendly construction methods and was converted into a hotel.

In December 2009, the manor house opened as a vegetarian organic and wellness hotel. Here, an elegant ambiance meets warm rural charm. The lovingly restored building houses the reception, the restaurant with its rustic vaulted cellar, the café, and 14 very cozy guest rooms furnished according to eco-friendly principles.

Today, Gutshaus Parin is home to an organic and wellness hotel with cozy seminar rooms, a sauna, and a natural pool. The cuisine is 100% vegetarian and vegan. The café treats guests to delicious cakes, tarts, and sweets. Fruits and vegetables come from the hotel’s own certified organic farm (DE-ÖKO-006). Guests can relax in the natural park, during the daily exercise program, or in the sauna wagon by the natural swimming pool. Ideal for groups and seminars.

Adjacent to the historic manor house, the inviting park, and the natural swimming pond is the Zirbenhaus, featuring two seminar rooms and several guest rooms. Gutshaus Parin is a nature-oriented venue for seminars and conferences of all kinds. In the quiet seclusion and the unspoiled nature all around, creativity, ideas, openness, and trust flourish.

Since 2021, several wooden vacation homes with beautifully landscaped grounds have been located not far from the manor house. What they all have in common is the unobstructed view of the beautiful, endless landscape.
