The manor house was designed in 1912 by a Berlin architect for the landowner Buengner. Iris Tischer has taken over the manor house and is committed to carefully preserving its historic character while at the same time restoring it to its former glory. The estate now welcomes guests for business conferences, relaxing retreats, or luxurious overnight stays and vacations. In addition, the manor house is also available for small weddings or family celebrations.

Gevezin is located in the idyllic Kuppiges Tollense bird sanctuary. Nature lovers can explore the unspoiled forests and meadows by bike or on foot, listening to the birdsong. Short and longer bike rides lead to nearby swimming lakes, nature parks, wildlife reserves, or to the source of the Havel River in Ankershagen. This is also where the famous Havel Bike Path begins.

Suites & Rooms in the Manor House
The three suites and the double room are comfortable and generously appointed, each with an en-suite bathroom. As an alternative to televisions in the rooms, guests can use the home theater with its three-meter-wide screen. On the ground floor of the manor house, there are various spaces to relax: the stately dining room, the bright ladies’ salon, the garden room with a concert grand piano, and the cozy fireplace room with historic paneling. The suites on the upper floor feature distinctive color schemes and offer a unique view of the park or the symmetrically laid-out courtyard. The basement features a communal kitchen, the cinema, a fitness room, a pool table, and a sauna with a relaxation room.

Guests can prepare their meals in the shared, fully equipped kitchen. Here, guests can cook together, drawing inspiration from each other’s culinary skills or engaging in lively conversations.  Meals are served either in the dining room or in the park at one of the seating areas.

With its abundance of trees, the expansive estate park offers space for activities such as morning walks, yoga sessions, or relaxing sunbathing.
