In the middle of the 19th century, the Polish landowner Jonas Bartkowski (Polish: Jan Bartkowski ) in the Augustów Governorate of the then Russian Empire, the Zypliai Manor Estate consisted of a classicist brick manor with representative brick (two offices, a kitchen) and wooden farm buildings. At the end of the 19th century, Count Tomasz Potocki (Polish: Tomasz Louis Potocki , coat of arms Pilawa ) acquired and renovated the manor house: he expanded and renovated the palace, as a result of which it acquired a neo-Baroque character; he renovated the offices and kitchen, rebuilt the outbuildings destroyed by fire, and expanded the manor park founded by his predecessor.

Today, the Zypliai Manor is a vibrant cultural space. It hosts exhibitions, educational activities, and various events. The manor also offers catering and accommodation services.

On July 3-4, the Zypliai Manor Farmstead will invite you to the land of hospitable Zanavykai, where buildings and spaces brought back to life will involve guests in an experience of art, history, and gastronomy.
