Schönhof Manor in Northwest Mecklenburg is a late-Classical, two-story building. Originally built around 1750 as a single-story farmhouse, it was expanded into its current form as a manor house in 1860 by architect Heinrich Gustav Thormann, and extended with a five-bay addition around 1900. Since 2023, Schönhof Manor has been undergoing careful renovation, and events are already taking place there. Thus, the house is presented to you in its original form and as a construction site.

Indulge in delicious treats from our farm café, featuring homemade tarts and cakes, in the park behind the house. The particularly impressive tree population includes a striking European beech, a large plane tree, and, as a rarity, a yellow-leaved oak.
