It truly is at the end of the world—but a breathtakingly beautiful one: the 700-year-old Nisdorf Manor, situated right on the Bodden coast. Lovingly restored, it has been run as a family-friendly organic hotel for over 20 years. As the owners and operators, we are passionate about running a 100% organic operation—in the kitchen, in the garden, with our furniture, and in all our consumables.

For us, sustainability is more than just a word: We are becoming increasingly energy-independent—with solar panels on the outbuildings and a geothermal heating system—and our castle garden is gradually transforming into an edible landscape with vegetables, herbs, and fruits. Snails are not allowed.

In addition to vacation guests, we also welcome seminars, family celebrations, village festivals, and team gatherings. On the terrace, the lawn, the playground, in the hammock, or by the pond, you can leave the daily grind far behind. In the old knights’ hall, we offer our guests a delicious and abundant organic buffet featuring plenty of homemade dishes.
